Pre-ordering the Steam version of Type-0 HD will net you a Chocobo courier, Moogle ward and Final Fantasy loading screen in Dota 2, of all things. The game’s many dalliances with Dota undoubtedly stem from an agreement between Square and Valve.
Originally released as a Japan-only PSP-exclusive in 2011, Final Fantasy Type-0 first saw an HD and Western release on PS4 and Xbox One in March 2015.
“Frustrating game systems that didn’t seem to get polished when making the transition to HD are annoying, but the overall game, story and mission gameplay still make for an extremely compelling game,” our own Mike Splechta wrote in his review.
