Square Enix has been adding features to Final Fantasy XV since its release, and they seem to have no intention of stopping. Update 1.13 was released today and it adds new content to the already highly praised game.
New features include new quests added to Meldacio Hunter HQ, a new ally cooperation system called "Rush Link" and the addition of Magitek Armor. Here's the full list of patch notes:
- New quest(s) have been added to Meldacio Hunter HQ (after Chapter 8).
- A new ally cooperation system called “Rush Link” has been added.
- The “Magitek Armor” invincibility suits have been added.
- The limited time content “Moogle Chocobo Carnival” has been reopened.
- Various bugs have been fixed.
- Save data from this version cannot be used with save data from an old version.
- If you overwrite save data from the old version with save data of this version, it can no longer be used in the old version.
The beta for the planned multiplayer mode is planned to be held on August 3 to August 8. To participate, players must simply have the Season Pass and a PlayStation Plus/Xbox Live Gold Membership.
The beta is available to both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players.
