Final Fantasy XV inevitably took some serious internet heat from the internet over the fact that the game is one giant bro trip, a fact that still doesn't appear to sit well with some. In an interview with JeuxVideo (via DualShockers), Final Fantasy XV's Producer Haruyoshi Sawatari said that the team is considering adding a female-led DLC amidst clear fan demand.
As it stands right now, Final Fantasy XV will be getting DLC packs that star each of the protagonist, Noctis' other companions, Gladio, Ignis, and Prompto. So from a creation perspective, it does make sense to take a look at characters like Luna and possibly the antagonist, Aranea. It'd be cool to play as a villain wouldn't it?
It's almost impossible to write this kind of news without triggering an extremist perspective from one side or the other, so for the sake of rationality, let's just all agree that if they do it, great, if not, whatever. The important thing is that Final Fantasy XV is a great game when it is released and besides, the game is shaping up to have a ton of post-launch content, so it's not like we will be hurting for time spent in the world of Eos.
