Finally, the Injustice: Gods Among Us story is explained with a launch trailer

In the world of super powers, there are those who use their gifts for good and others who use them for vile evil – that’s fairly common place. What happens when that very distinct line between good and evil becomes blurred though? What happens when those we’ve come to expect to save and protect us becomes our greatest threat?

This exact scenario is the overarching story taking place in Injustice : Gods Among Us. Is there such a thing as a mortal becoming too powerful even when they fight for the forces of good? What about those characters who aren’t even mortal? Mo powers, mo problems. What will happen to humanity as we know it? Hell if I know. Watch this launch trailer above. Note the release date on it is for Europe, Injustice is still coming out April 16th in America.

Why does the Flaming Lips’ song “Waitin’ For Superman” come to mind…
