Last month, Disney and Lucasfilm announced the development of Star Wars: Uprising, a new mobile game that will take place in the time between Star Wars: Return of the Jedi and Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
Developed by Kabam, Star Wars: Uprising is a action-RPG, offering players the chance to "create characters, go on missions, build their gear and skills, and organize crews and factions to participate in wide-ranging battles." But up until now, we hadn't seen any actual gameplay.
Today's video shows off brand new gameplay footage of Star Wars: Uprising, highlighting combat, as well as the ability to create your own hero to fight against the Empire. It's not the longest look, but at least it gives us a taste of adventure that awaits us in Fall 2015.
