When you think of Carrie, I'm sure you picture her covered in blood. It's one of the most memorable scenes in classic horror movie history. The Kimberly Peirce remake of Carrie had its first poster released, and it doesn't skimp on blood. Chloë Grace Moretz is playing the role of Carrie in this remake of the famous Stephen King story. She's a teenage girl trying to fit in at high school while getting picked on, as well as dealing with the worst mother ever, all while developing telekinetic powers that she can't really control.
Julianne Moore is portraying the mother from hell, and the movie releases March 15, 2013. A trailer was screened at NYCC, and as soon as one is released, we'll have it up.
