When developer Scott Cawthon first revealed his addition to the Five Nights at Freddy's universe, it was not the game we expected. Five Nights at Freddy's World is not survival-horror, but a role-playing game that features characters from the proper Fiver Nights at Freddy's horror series.
According to Cawthon, Five Nights at Freddy's World is "coming along well", despite the delays. The game is set to release on February 19th on PC via Steam, and the for Android and iOS in the following weeks. If you haven't been sold on the game yet, Cawthon plans on making a demo available on GameJolt.
If this is the first time you've heard of this game, it's important to note that this game will not add on to the Five Nights at Freddy's story. "It's very important for me to say again that there will NOT be a Five Nights at Freddy's 5," said Cawthon previously. "The story is complete."
