Five years after release, someone found a new Easter Egg in Gears of War 3

Some developers are notorious for hiding easter eggs in their games, sometimes they are entirely too elaborate or they callback to other games from the developers. Easter eggs can be funny and sometimes so well hidden that it takes 20 years to be discovered; The recently unearthed Easter Egg from Gears of War 3 is the latter.

YouTuber GoW TacCom has detailed the first time anyone has discovered the hidden Easter Egg in Gears of War 3, which is basically 'Locust Duck Hunt.' The 'Locust Duck Hunt' minigame sends out enemies in five random locations and rewards you with different weapons depending on how many of them you kill.
