M.C Hammer's parachute pants have seen a revival in the last year, mostly thanks to that thing called Justin Bieber. While, I don't condone wearing parachute pants if you are going to wear them… you might as well shove as many things inside of them as possible.
If you need help figuring out what the heck these pants are, see the image below. Judging by the distance between Mr. Hammers legs, you can see why someone would believe they could shove almost anything in their pants and get away with it.
A 36-year old Floridian named Christopher Caldwell took one look at the parachute pants and knew what needed to be done. He needed to put them on, go to Walmart, and shove the closest PlayStation 4 box directly into his pants.
Let's look at the numbers, the PlayStation 4's box is 18.8 inches long, 13.4 inches tall and 4.2 inches thick — could that easily fit in his pants? Yes, but it would be noticeable. The thing Caldwell perhaps didn't consider was a strict gym regiment, the box weighs almost 10 pounds… His thighs would need to be ready to grip onto that box.
Perhaps while thinking, "what the heck, why not throw other stuff in there too?" Caldwell shoved other accessories in his pants.
He is now being charged for a felony, because a security guard saw the whole thing. He would have gotten away with it too, if he had paid for it all.
