Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes was a remaster before remasters were much of a thing. In fact, it was more than remasters are today. It was really a complete rebuild of Metal Gear Solid from the original PlayStation. The only real thing left intact for this Gamecube release was the story. We may very well see this marvel again on the Switch. How?
Denis Dyack, former president of Silicon Knights, was answering questions on Twitter and one particularly interesting popped up. He was asked if it would be possible to have Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes on the Nintendo Switch. The answer Dyack gave was simple. "Yes."
Now let's do a little detective work: This doesn't mean it's confirmed. The question was: Is it possible. Could this simply be a clever way of saying anything is possible, or does Dyack know more about the rumored GameCube emulation for the Virtual Console on Nintendo Switch than we do?
Regardless of the answer, GameZone will have it when it's revealed.
