The first car pack for Forza Horizon 3 released today and man do the rides look sweet! The Smoking Tire pack comes with the standard seven cars. The pass is $7.99 or free with the Car Pass at $29.99. I suggest the pass if you plan on buying most of the packs, as individually they all total $48. An $18 savings is over two packs for free so you get over 14 cars free money wise with the pass.
