Forza Motorsport 6 will have series-first 1960-era McLarens, Lotus Elise, Dodge Viper and more

True to their E3 2015 promises, Turn 10 Studios today revealed yet another wave of cars coming to Forza Motorsport 6. The game is due out September 15, 2015 on Xbox One but has already built up a sizeable garage including many series newcomers.

A pair of 1960s McLarens are the high points of the most recent reveal—specifically, the 1969 McLaren #4 and 1966 McLaren M2B, both of which have never before appeared in a Forza game. The addition's full lineup is as follows:

Forza Motorsport 6 will introduce many changes to the series, including a sanctioned mod system. The game will also abandon the series' longstanding love of microtransactions: all of its 450 starter cars will be free at launch.
