Forza Motorsports 6 release date confirmed for Xbox One

Xbox Japan jumped the gun and released tons of details on Forza Motorsport 6, but they never revealed the release date. That was left for Amazon to leak, alongside the release date for Rise of the Tomb Raider. Microsoft has confirmed the release date for the Xbox One exclusive Forza Motorsport 6 during E3 2015.

Forza Motorsport 6 will be releasing on September 15th, 2015 exclusively to the Xbox One with 450 customizable cars to choose from and 26 different tracks to race on. The game will feature 2-player split-screen, races with up to 24 different players and will feature night racing!

There's a ton to expect from the racing game, there will be weather effects, “state-of-the-art-physics at simulation speed,” and is reported to run at 1080p resolution and 60 FPS.
