The revival spin-off of the mid-90s sitcom, Full House, has finally received its release date alongside a teaser trailer. Fuller House will debut on Netflix early next year on Febuarary 26th, 2016.
The teaser trailer that can be seen above shows off various iconic shots like the beautiful San Fransisco setting, the Tanner house, and a dog which seems to be the same breed as Comet, the pet dog who was in the original show. The teaser trailer also lets you hear the familiar voices of the cast that you have grown to love including Uncle Jesse, Danny Tanner, Uncle Joey and D.J.
John Stamos will produce the show, along with the original Full House creator Jeff Franklin and executive producers Thomas L. Miller and Robert L. Boyett.
"It's sort of a reversal and we turn the house over to her," Stamos explained. "It's a labor of love, and we've finally got it perfect. We're going to try to get everybody in the first hour special,”
The original show had Danny Tanner (Bob Saget) and his close friends help raise his 3 young daughters. Fuller House will closely mimic that of the original series, only now the three parents are female — D.J., her younger sister Stephanie Tanner (Jodie Sweetin), and her childhood best friend Kimmy Gibbler (Andrea Barber) — helping raise D.J.'s three boys.
Fuller House is set to debut on Febuarary 26th, 2016, it will have all 13 episodes available to stream day one.
