Fans have been waiting for the official on-screen appearance of DC’s trinity for years and we’re getting close. In less than half a year we’ll get to see Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman geared up and ready to wreck house. It’s obviously a big moment for comic fans, but it also had a heady impact on the actors who portray them.
Gal Gadot spoke with Total Film about what it was like to suit up and step into the iconic role with Affleck and Cavill, "It was crazy…You don't do fittings together. You do them separately. But the first time they shot the trio, it was almost magical. On the one hand, when you think about it realistically, it's kind of weird to stand there, all three of us dressed as superheroes. And then, when we started to shoot, Ben became Batman, Henry became Superman, and I became Wonder Woman. I can't even express in words how excited I was."
Whatever reservations some people might have about the new set of movies, and there are always, always, going to be people with reservations, it’s going to be pretty thrilling to finally see the trio unite, even if they’re all at war with one another for the time being.
