[Gamescom 2012] New God of War 4 trailer shows off mutiplayer mode

Though the God of War titles have established themselves as some of the most epic action adventures of all times, the lack of multiplayer combat has been a minor disapointement. Thankfully, the game's developers have finally chosen to let players go at each other, with fully realized arena combat. As shown in this new trailer from Gamescome 2012, players can expect to wage war across the game's massive battlegrounds, scoring points by brutally tearing through the opposition. The trailer places special emphasis on showcasing how you'll be able to fully customize your character, then choose which of the four gods to pledge your alliegence to. Then, once you've created your own custom fighter, its time to hop into the arena for some serious bone-crushing combat.

What do you think? Will this God of War multiplayer be worth the wait?
