[Gamescom 2012] Sony Japan working on new platformer, Puppeteer

Sony Japan Studio is developing a platformer for the PlayStation 3 called Puppeteer.

Puppeteer follows Kutaro, a boy who's kidnapped by the "maleficent Moon Bear King” and taken to live in a black castle. There he loses his head and acquire new ones, but he needs to find his own before returning home.

Kutaro wields a magical pair of scissors that can chop through enemies and snip through fabric.

No release date is set for the game.

Check out the trailer below. Puppeteer looks busy, and the game is presented in an ornate theater style, but I'm already interested in what it has to offer.
