[Gamescom 2017] Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom releases new trailer

Gamescom 2017, the largest gaming trade show in Europe is just days away and BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment America has released a new trailer for Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom to get fans excited (embedded above). The trailer is a nice balance of gameplay and story exposition, while not being too heavy on details that we have no context for right now.

Within the trailer, we get a look at Roland, a president from Ichi no Kuni who has been transported to Ni no Kuni and makes friends with Evan, the deposed king of Ding Dong Dell. Nerea, the queen of Thalassea and her advisor Leander are two new characters coming to the series who also make an appearance.

Ni no Kuni II was recently delayed into early next year and will be getting a PC version alongside the console exclusive PS4 version.

Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom releases on January 19th, 2018.
