GameStop has a ‘Day 1’ version of its credit card

As we reported today, you can now apply for the GameStop PowerUp Rewards Credit Card. What's more, doing so today will get you the limited Day 1 version of the card, a sleek gun metal gray card with a power-button design and the words "Day 1 Edition" etched in the upper-right corner. It's not anything special, provides no extra perks over the regular card, but you know how gamers can be — we love those "limited" versions of things.

For those of you who do get approved and open a GameStop PowerUp Rewards Card, you can expect convenience and beneifts including being able to make purchases with the card in-store and online, promotional financing for larger purchases, online and mobile platform card management and payment services, as well as no annual fee and exclusive offers for savings throughout the year. Upon opening an account, PowerUp Rewards Pro members will receive a one-time award of 15,000 bonus points; PowerUp Rewards Basic members will receive 5,000 bonus points.

You can apply for the GameStop PowerUp Rewards Card here.
