GameStop offering $150 Credit for PS3/Xbox 360 trade-in towards PS4/Xbox One

If you've been waiting for a good deal to move in on next generation console hardware, GameStop might have just the thing for you. Today, the video game retailer announced the start of its Summer Sale, which contains a limited time offer that will let you trade in your old Playstation 3 or Xbox 360 console for $150 worth of in-store credit that can be used towards the purchase of a new Xbox One or Playstation 4.

This deal is also on top of the offers that GameStop is currently running where the purchase of a new PS4 nets you a copy of Batman: Arkham Knight and a new Xbox One comes with any game of your choice.

Obviously, there are conditions that have to be met to get the discount.  Traded in Playstation 3's must have a hard drive of 120 GB's or larger while Xbox 360's must be at least 250 GB's.

With backwards compatibility on the way for Xbox One and Playstation Now currently live on PS4, this is best combination of deal and timing that has come along for current last gen users.  The deal lasts until June 28, so there is still some time to think it over.
