Gears of War Ultimate Edition announced for Xbox One

Gears of War Ultimate Edition was announced today to finish up Microsoft's E3 press conference.

Although The Ultimate Edition only includes a remake of the first game, all the Gears of War will be at your disposal this holiday with Xbox One's newly announced backwards compatability.

As for what's new, Gears of War Ultimate Edition will offer gameplay in full 1080p at 60 frames per second, with 90 additional minutes of content previously exclusive to the PC version. Multiplayer is also included.

Gears of War: Ultimate Edition's week-long public beta begins today.
