Driveclub is set to release on October 7 exclusively for PlayStation 4. It's eligible for automatic pre-load, so if you're pre-ordered the game through PlayStation Store, you'll be able to play the minute it launches at midnight Pacific. For those of you PlayStation Plus members, there's also a free, slightly stripped down PS Plus Edition releasing the same day.
