Get Samus’ armor and Street Fighter Palicoes in the May’s Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate DLC

How lucky that May 1st happened to be the first Friday of the month, which means that Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate fans get treated to even more awesome, completely free DLC for the game.

This month's DLC highlights a slew of famous character costumes from Street Fighter, Mega Man and even Metroid.

Players will be able to wear the bounty hunter's Varia suit from Metroid, as well as the Zero suit that Samus wears underneath. One complaint players had in the Japanese version was that the Varia suit was only able to be worn by males, while the Zero suit by females. This is fixed in the North American version, so now both sexes can wear both types of armor. Of course the suit would be incomplete without the iconic arm cannon, which players can unlock as well.

Palicoes also get the DLC treatment with a slew of Street Fighter costumes, including Chun-Li, Blanka and Ryu, as well as a Mega Man costume which also unlocks the Rush Hammer.

The collaboration armor comes back courtesy of the Universal Studios Japan DLC, which includes the sweet looking Star Rook armor and the Starlight Axe Charge Blade.
