Get Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Live Gold for $1

Microsoft has decided to give back to the Xbox community this holiday season by making Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold $1. With each purchase, Microsoft will be donating $10 of Xbox Game Pass to hospitals through the GameChanger charity.

If you are new to Xbox Game Pass or Xbox Live Gold you will be able to pick up either service for $1 for the first month. Services will resume regular prices once the month-long promotional period ends.

Existing members of either service will not find this promotional price available to them.  Pre-existing subscribers of Xbox Game Pass or Xbox Live Gold will be able to add additional time to their current memberships at full price.

This offer will only be available between December 21st and January 4th.

In other news, the Xbox Holiday Sale is kicking off on December 22nd.
