Gmx Media Now Part Of The TMI Group

GMX MEDIA NOW PART OF THE TMI
GROUP

LONDON, UK (February 11, 2004) –
GMX Media today announced that it is now part of the TMI Group of Companies.

“We are glad to be part of the TMI
Group, their financial muscle will without a doubt help propel us faster than we
could have done on our own.” Commented newly appointed COO Eugene Perry. “We are
on our way to becoming one of the worlds biggest software publisher.”

Edward Lo, TMI Communications
Director, adds, “We have followed GMXs growth for quite a while, we decided to
do the deal now before they got too big. Its quite incredible what they have
achieved in such a short space of time, this company is going places.”

TMI has outlined GMX’s plan for
growth in 2004, they include:

Setup of its own distribution arm in
Germany within 3-5 months Setup of its own distribution arm in France within 6
months Launch its own budget software arm Enter the console market by launching
at least 4 console games, with priority being placed on Playstation 2 titles
Aquire at least two titles based on a blockbuster movie

TMI has stated that it will
immediately increase the number of GMX staff by 50% to create a more aggressive
company. The company has also stated that it is considering re-branding the GMX
name to something more catchy and fitting to a software publisher.
