GOG 2013 Winter Sale kicks off with Fallout 1, 2 and Tactics for free

With Fallout 4 practically outed, now might be a good time to brush up on the franchise. Thankfully, GOG.com might have the best way for you to do so.

For the next 48 hours, you can snag Fallout 1, Fallout 2 and strategy spin-off Fallout Tactics for free from the digital retailer. All three games are completely free and playable on both Mac and Windows PC.

Today also marks the beginning of GOG.com's 2013 Winter Sale. In addition to the 600-plus games that will be discounted over the next couple of weeks, the GOG community can also vote each day on which of two daily game bundles will go on sale by up to 80%. There will also be Mystery Boxes that offer gifts or special sales, even free games.
