It appears as though we are getting gold PlayStation 4 Slims next week! The Gold PS4 was limited to Taco Bell promotions in the past, but it looks like Sony is going to make them available to anyone willing to pay for them!
A Redditor by the name Sliye found a shipment of Gold PS4 Slims at Target, as well as a number of Gold DualShock 4 controllers. The gold console is set to make its release next week on June 9th.
Another Redditor, Christopher_Maxim, spotted the 1TB Gold PS4 on display for purchase (at $250) in a Walmart. Of course, they attempted to purchase the Gold PS4 which led Walmart to discover their mistake in making them available before launch and resulted in the Walmart staff taking the Gold PS4s to the back of the store where they belong (at least until June 9th).
Now we just need to wait for the official post.
