GoldenEye: Source gets a major update with new weapons and map

GoldenEye: Source is an attempt to accurately recreate GoldenEye 64's arena shooter multiplayer action on PC, with a ton of upgrades to things like visuals. sound, updated controls, and even new game modes. It's also free, being made on a modified version of Valve's Source Engine.

It's nice to see this project still getting updates after 10 years of development. The trailer for GoldenEye Source 5.0 shows it isn't perfect, but holy hell does it make me feel like playing GoldenEye 64. Update 5.0 brings the iconic 'Dam' map  to the game, new achievements, and a number of reimagined weapons.

Check it out below and let us know what you think about 007's legendary game, or its shinier copycat.
