Gone Home to release on Xbox One and PS4 after all

Earlier this year, The Fullbright Company revealed that they had decided not to pursue the development of Gone Home for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, as they had revealed back in March 2014. Contrary to the unfortunate news from earlier this year, Gone Home will be making its way to PS4 and Xbox One on January 12, 2016.

The new version of Gone Home has been developed using the Unity 5 engine, an upgrade from Unity 4 which was used to the original version. While Fullbright has dished out the good news for PS4 and Xbox One owners that had been looking forward to the game, there is still no word on the Nintendo version.

Nintendo of America's Damon Baker revealed the Wii U version of the game back in 2014 – but there has been no mention of it since.

Since December 2015, The Fullbright Company has been working on a new game called Tacoma. You can check that game out here.
