Grab Guitar Hero Live for 50% off on Amazon today

Aside from Amazon's fantastic new initiative with providing Prime members with a permanent 20% discount on all physical pre-order and just released games, their deals of the day are worth checking out for deals like today. Guitar Hero Live, Activision's reboot of the GH franchise which puts you on stage in front of a live-action crowd is going for 50% off the single guitar bundle for every system.

Normally retailing for $99.99, today you can pick up the bundle for $49.99. Sure, the live concert stuff is cool but the real meat and potatoes lies in the game's GHTV mode, which is a constantly cycling set of music video channels that you can freely hop in and play against other players.

If you have others at home that might want to join in, the double guitar set is going for 40% off, retailing $89.99, instead of $149.99. Though, given the game's focus on single player gameplay, you're probably better off just getting the single guitar bundle.
