A new update for PlayStation 3 racer Gran Turismo 6 has been released, introducing the 2nd half of the Red Bull X Challenge among other things.
Now available in Career Mode, the Red Bull X Challenge will teach you how to drive an authentic Formula car. Additionally, two cars are also available in-game. The first is an alternative version of the “Mercedes-Benz AMG Vision Gran Turismo," obtainable by participating in the new Seasonal Event. The second new car is the "Corvette Stingray Gran Turismo Concept," now available in the Dealership in-game or obtainable by participating in the new Seasonal Event.
Another noteworthy feature in the update is a birthday login bonus. Within one week from your birthday (as listed in your Sony Entertainment Network settings), you will be gifted a free car upon logging into PSN. Lastly, the ability to remove ghost replay data in Arcade Mode Time Trial and Free Run can now be found in the game's menu.
