Grand Theft Auto V looks surprisingly good on the 1990’s Commodore 64

It seems nothing is safe from the growing popularity of objectively retro graphics, not even the hardware-stretching open world of Grand Theft Auto V.

YouTuber and animator Majami Hiroz has taken it upon himself to give the game an incredibly old coat of paint, courtesy of the Commodore 64, a now-ancient system that was outdated from its release. The result is an nostalgically 64-bit rendition of the game, and an impressive turnout for a one-man team.

Hiroz has also retro-fied Mass Effect, Watch Dogs and many others, which you can find here.
