Grand Theft Auto 5's built-in stock market is great way to earn some extra cash. The idea is to buy low and sell high, just like the stock market in real life. Except in GTA 5, you control the game by performing heists that will ultimately affect the stock. The idea is to invest in one of the stocks below and then sabotage items belonging to the rival company.
Let's use FlyUS and AirEmu as an example. These are just two market options of the many competitors. When one falls, the other will rise. So for example, invest heavily in AirEmu stock; travel to the airport and destroy nothing but FlyUS airplanes. This will lead to a rise in the value of your stock in AirEmu. You'll then be able to sell it back for more than you purchased it for, making a profit.
Another example can be to invest in TacoBomb and destroy nothing but CluckingBell trucks.
Below is the list of rival companies in the stock market.
Company | Rival Company |
CoolBeans | BeanMachine |
Burgershot | Up-An-Atom |
Clucking Bell | TacoBomb |
FlyUS | AirEmu |
GoPostal | PostOP |
Bilkington | DollarPills |
Pisswasser | Logger |
MazeBank | BankOfLiberty |
Redwood | Debonaire |
Slaughter, Slaugher & Slaughter | Bullhead |
RadioLosSantos | WorldwideFM |
ECola | Raine |
