Well, this shouldn't come as much of a surprise. Grand Theft Auto 5, the game which generated over $1 billion sales in just a few short days, is extremely popular on the Xbox 360. So much so, that it has jumped to the top of Xbox LIVE activity for the week of September 30. And with this week's release of Grand Theft Auto Online, GTA 5's online multiplayer portion, I fully expect it to remain at the top.
Based on unique users, Grand Theft Auto 5 is at the top of the charts, followed by Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition, FIFA 14, and EA Sports FIFA Soccer 13. What's even more surprising is that it seems the release of GTA 5 has cooked up some nostalgia among Xbox 360 gamers as Grand Theft Auto 4 finished 8th.
