So Grand Theft Auto 5 released for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One today, and there appears to be some problems with the PS4 version. Multiple users have reported problems when attempting to download the day-one patch for GTA Online.

I just installed GTA5 on my PS4 and played the story mode for few minutes. After that i wanted to try the GTA Online mode but it said i need to dowload the update from PSN. Then the notification popped up and said can't download the GTA V update. It stoppes every few second while downloading and have start over…
I restarted the ps4 and still same…
From there, dozens of other PS4 owners stepped up, claiming similar problems and reporting error code "CE-32937-4."
At this point, it appears to be a problem only on PS4. Rockstar Games has yet to respond to the complaints, but I presume they are looking into the issue.
