GTA 5 for PC listed on Amazon

Another day, another Grand Theft Auto 5 coming to PC rumor. That latest speculation comes courtesy of Amazon France which posted a product listing for the PC version of GTA 5. This is just the latest in a long string of rumors, leaks, and speculation regarding a PC version of Rockstar's insanely popular open-world game.

So why should we believe this one? Well, for starters, Amazon France has quite a history of spilling uannounced game information. In 2012, the retailer was responsible for providing some of the first details on Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. It also spilled the beans on Ratchet & Clank, Splinter Cell and Prince of Persia. Seriously, someone over there needs to get their act together.

Ealier this week, a leaked bug log of GTA 5 made reference to a PC version of the game, though Rockstar remains tight-lipped about anything and everything related to the platform. Meanwhile, an online petition calling for a PC versionrecently surpassed 650,000 signatures.

It's clear there's a market for a PC version. We're all just waiting for the big announcement which — based on previous Grand Theft Auto games — we know is coming. Hopefully sooner rather than later.
