Grand Theft Auto 5's The High Life Update will be released next week on Tuesday, May 13, Rockstar announced today. The new update contains all sorts of extravagant new content for players to use in both the single player story and multiplayer GTA Online portion of the game.First revealed in early April, Rockstar reiterated what's included in the update: new high-end apartments, multi-property ownership, four new vehicles, the powerful Bullpup Rifle, and more.
High-end Luxury Apartments
This automatic update to GTA Online will add five new options to the Los Santos real estate market at prime locations like Eclipse Towers, Richards Majestic and others. All locations feature the latest new interior designs. And with multi-property ownership, you'll be able to own two distinct properties simultaneously.
New Vehicles
Looks like you're going to need that extra garage space becuase The High Life also brings a trio of exquisite new cars plus a new motorcycle. The Enus Huntley S (SUV), Dewbauchee Massacro (Sports), Pegassi Zentorno (Super) and Dinka Thrust (Motorcycle) will all be available to purchase in GTA Online from Legendary Motorsport – and accessible from any garage property in Story Mode.
'Non Contact' Rule
A new "Non Contact" rule can be selected from Race options now. When selected, this will allow you to play standard Races with collisions disabled between player's vehicles. However, you'll still be able to collide with non-player traffic, structures and other scenery.
Ammu-Nation
Everybody's favorite gun store, Ammu-Nation, is getting a new shipment: the powerful Bullup Rifle.
Mental State
The new "Mental State" player stat will show you just how passive or psychotically unhinged fellow players in your session are. By displaying this information, you'll have a better idea of how to approach the situation.
Other
Other additions in The High Life Update are new wardrobe options, vehicle horns and player toasts/celebrations. There's also 15 new Jobs, including 5 new Contact Missions.
