GTA 5 on PC possibly leaked via Linkedin

While GTA 5 has been drooled over on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, the game has not been officially announced for PC.  Sure the other games have been on PC and I could assume the newest Grand Theft Auto would be on PC eventually, but nothing solidifies the deal like a good old, official announcement. While this is the closest we’ve gotten, it still doesn’t have that “official” stamp on it.

Over at the Examiner, they noticed that Ryan Schacter, the Senior Animator at Rockstar Games, stated that he was currently working on cutscene animations with GTA 5 on Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. It’s definitely nothing official and could easily be a mistake of habit but it could just as equally be a leaked slip up. I assume Rockstar will make some sort of play here by either denying it or caving in to the rumor. Will GTA 5 on the PC join its console brethren upon release or a few months after per usual?

The ball is in Rockstar’s court, everyone else just can wait.
