Rockstar Games is addressing the issue with transferring GTA Online accounts with a patch for PS4 and PS3 users. Unfortunately, Xbox One and Xbox 360 users will have to wait until tomorrow for the issue to be addressed.
Although the patch is available for download now, it may not be available in your region for the next few hours. Rockstar notes that if you attempt to download the patch and see the "CE-32937-4" error, to wait a bit and attempt to download the patch later today. That is the same error code multiple PS4 users have reported seeing earlier today when attempting GTA Online's day-one patch.
You are still able to log in to Grand Theft Auto Online on PS4 and Xbox One, but those affected will not be able to transfer characters until the fix is in place.
