This Friday, April 11, Rockstar Games will be adding the ability to create your own Capture Jobs with the GTA Online Creator tool. The update to the Creator Tool will allow you to create Jobs across any of the four Capture Job variants: Contend, GTA, Hold and Raid. And like Deathmatches and Races, you'll be able to publish, rate, and share them via the Rockstar Games Social Club.
"If you haven't yet played Capture Mode in GTA Online, it's a GTA twist on classic capture the flag style confrontations that brings a whole new level of adversarial action to the world of Los Santos and Blaine County," Rockstar explained. "Strategy plays a huge role as you run decoys, set traps and place obstacles to ensure your enemies don’t get close to your goods."
To celebrate the incoming update, anyone who plays any of the official Capture Jobs in GTA Online will earn twice as much GTA$ and RP.
Last week, Rockstar outlined their spring plans for Grand Theft Auto Online. In addition to the expanded Capture Creator, Rockstar plans to implement Heists and also release "The High Life Update" which will include new high-end apartment options, new wardrobe items, and three new lavish cars among other things.
