Rockstar Games is celebrating Halloween with a special weekend event in Grand Theft Auto Online fill with treats and other in-game bonuses.
As per usual, all Deathmatches will reward players with double GTA$ and double RP all weekend long — including Rockstar Created, Rockstar Verified, and all player-created Deathmatch Jobs.
Additionally, Special Crates filled treats like rare vintage t-shirts and other goodies will drop from the sky. A different shirt will drop each day of the weekend:
- Friday – Flash FM
- Saturday – Bobo
- Sunday – Fever 105 FM
You can also find Firework Launchers, Miniguns, and an abundance of RP, GTA$ and ammo. For this weekend, Rockstar as increased the frequency of the Special Crate Drops in every freemode session, so keep an eye out.
If you don't feel like fighting over crates, you can still celebrate the festivities with half price discounts on Halloween-themed goodies like freaky faces and accessories. Orange weapon tints, orange parachute smoke, and orage tire smoke is also discounted. Lester's Off the Radar service can also be purchased at a 75% discount.
The GTA Online Halloween Event starts today, October 31st, and runs through November 2nd.
