Guillermo del Toro calls out Konami for cancelling Silent Hills

I think many of us still think about Silent Hills from time to time. The potential of a horror game made by legends Hideo Kojima and Guillermo del Toro within the Silent Hill universe, what could've been, etc.. It's a damn shame Konami canceled it after the P.T. demo on PS4, because now all we are left with is just concept art and our imagination, we can't even play the demo anymore!

It seems fans aren't the only ones upset at this as Guillermo del Toro publicly called out Konami for canceling the game via Twitter this morning. This isn't the first time he's expressed his displeasure with the company as he has answered a number of questions in interviews on what the game would've been like. You can view the tweets below.

Guillermo and Kojima aren't done working together, though! Last night at The Game Awards, we got a new look at Kojima's next game, Death Stranding, which revealed that del Toro is attached to the project as a character (unless it was just a cameo, but it's assumed he is producing or writing the game as well).
