Gwent: The Witcher Card Game has officially begun its Closed Beta

Do you have the card skillz?

If you were the type that kept putting off the final showdown with the Wild Hunt, just so you could win the Gwent tournaments…chances are you've already signed up for the Gwent: The Witcher Card Game Closed Beta (and are probably playing at this very moment). But if you haven't, it's not too light to sign up and get in on the action.

CD Projekt RED officially launched the Closed Beta today, as it moves one step closer to its full release. Senior Community Coordinator, Marcin Mormot had this to say:

"GWENT is an example of how the community can have actual impact on game developers. What we created as a part of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, is now, because of your involvement, a standalone game and a totally different experience that firmly stands on its own.

The Closed Beta is another step in the process―you can now help us shape the game into something you can call your own."
Gwent: The Witcher Card Game is currently available on PC and Xbox One with a PlayStation 4 version coming later. The game is also an Xbox Play Anywhere title, and will support crossplay between the Xbox One and PC platforms. If you are interested in taking part in the beta, you can head over here.
