H1Z1 pre-Early Access stream planned for Friday

As you're probably well aware by now, early access for Sony Online Entertainment's zombie-survival MMO, H1Z1, is scheduled to begin this month. It'll actually launch through Steam on January 15 to be exact.

But before you go jumping into this post-apocalyptic world, you may want to tune in to SOE's special pre-Early Access Survival Stream this Friday. We don't know what time it'll begin or what SOE plans on showing, but details are coming. At the very least, I'm assuming they'll show us some of the new content they've been working on.

Barricade your door and join us this Friday for a special Pre-Early Access Survival Stream event. Details to follow!

Although H1Z1 will be free-to-play at launch, early access will actually come at a price. The most basic early access option is for $19.99; however, there's a slightly more expensive option available for $39.99 which includes tickets that can be used to access Event Servers, or servers that have different rules such as Battle Royale. If you don't feel like spending more, tickets can always be earned by simply playing the game, or purchased for as low as $0.99.

So tune in this Friday to the H1Z1 and see what SOE has planned for the upcoming early access.
