Halo 4 comes with two free weeks of Xbox LIVE

As if an epic campaign that sees the return of Master Chief, a stellar multiplayer, and 50 FREE bonus add-on missions via Spartan Ops weren't enough to convince you to purchase Halo 4, how about two free months of Xbox LIVE Gold membership?

According to Spartan Ops designer David Ellis, Halo 4 "comes with two weeks of LIVE. Which I believe is a first."

This actually isn’t the first time that Microsoft has included a free trial of Xbox Live Gold with a purchase of a game. The practice is fairly standard when it comes to Xbox 360 titles that have an emphasis on multiplayer. And if you've ever played a Halo game, then you'll know online multiplayer is a big deal!

Giving a free two weeks of Xbox LIVE Gold membership to let people experience online play is a pretty big deal. Halo 4 is set to release on November 6, 2012.
