Halo 4’s Map Pack DLC release dates leaked

We already know that three separate Halo 4 map packs will be made available for players sometime between December 2012 and April 2013, but we may have learned the exact release dates of each pack thanks to a supposedly leaked advert posted on the German Xbox Dashboard.

Posted by Halo Council forum member xJumPeR_JumPzZ (and reported by MP1st), the advert reveals the release dates for Halo 4's three upcoming map packs: the Crimson Map Pack, the Majestic Map Pack, and the Castle Map Pack. As for the actual release dates, the ad shows that you can expect the following dates for each map pack:

• Crimson Map Pack: December 10
• Majestic Map Pack: February 25
• Castle Map Pack: April 1

Prior to the release of Halo 4, 343 Industries already detailed the contents of each Map Pack. All three packs will include three different maps each (which you can learn more about here). All three packs are also offered as part of the Halo 4 War Games Map Pass for $24.99.
