Halo 5: Guardians is one of the most gorgeous games on Xbox One and it's about to get a substantial upgrade.
Come this November, you'll be able to witness Master Chief take on enemies alongside Spartan Locke and team in 4K with Xbox One X! 343 Industries revealed that the game will get an update later this year and it'll make full use of the new Xbox by showcasing the game in "true 4K".
It's currently unclear if Halo: The Master Chief Collection will also recieve an upgrade on Xbox One X but maybe they'll announce something closer to launch. Who wouldn't want to play Halo 2 and 3 in 4K?!
In related news, 343 also announced that Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST, and Halo 4 will be making their way to Xbox One via backward compatibility. This means you can experience them in their full, unaltered glory, just like you did on the Xbox 360 many years ago!
Xbox One X will be out on November 7th, 2017.
