Halo 4: Spartan Assault, the new top-down action shooter set between the events of Halo 3 and Halo 4 is now available to download on Windows 8 PC and tablets and Windows Phone 8.
Available for $6.99, Spartan Assault contains 25 missions that explore the first of the Spartan Ops program and dives deeper into the backstory of hte Human-Covenant wars. You'll play through the game through two characters: Commander Sarah Palmer and Spartan Davis. Additionally, there are leaderboards and achievements to compete with friends in Weekly Challenges to help earn XP, achievements, and emblems for your Halo 4 Spartan career.
