Harmony of a Champion coming soon

Shinesparkers, the team that recently brought us the excellent Harmony of Heroes for absolutely free, as well as an expansion CD, has announced a new project. Their previous album, Harmony of Heroes, revolved around the various fighters in Super Smash Bros. over the years, showcasing various covers of music found in each fighter's previous games. The range of genres was staggering, as well – folk, rock, electronica, metal, and alternative, to name a few.

Now, the team has revealed their next fan-made project, set to release sometime in early 2016: Harmony of a Champion. The new album will be focused on Pokemon Red and Green; a tribute highlighting the compositions Junichi Masuda. The Harmony team consists of producer Darren Kerwin, Stephan Wells, Laura Intravia (who performed my favorite piece from the last album), Bernardo Limon, and lead sound designer Gina Zdanowicz.

Project development has been underway since December 2014, and has some nice artwork to accompany the release of the album, which you can see below.

The new album will, again, be free. Be sure to stay updated on the progress of the project, and any news that may arise, by following the Harmony team on Twitter or Facebook.
