You can bet I'm counting the days until I can get my hands on the sequel to one of my favorite rhythm games of last year, Hatsune Miku Project DIVA F 2nd. This time the game will release simultaneously on the PS3 and Vita, unlike its predecessor which had about 6 months difference between the two versions.
Announced on the PlayStation Blog, DIVA F 2nd will come with two types of season passes, dubbed Clubs. The Song Club will entitle players to get all of the upcoming song DLC that's planned to release over a 6 month period. The Costume Club on the other hand will give players the full roster of costumes that will also release during that same time period.
The Song Club will retail for $29.99 while the Costume Club will retail for $69.99. Skins, costumes and songs will retail for $0.99, $1.99 and $2.99 respectively, and those who purchase the Clubs will be saving 25% on the total cost.
Hatsune Miku Project DIVA F 2nd launches on November 18th for both PS Vita and PlayStation 3, and the first Club content will start rolling out on December 9th. Any DLC or Club purchased is cross-buy, so it will work across both platforms for a single price.
